To celebrate the release of our Big Chef Barleywine, Chef Bob and Brewer Jim have teamed up to create a curated dinner and beer pairing of five courses, with a seating at 6pm and 8pm.
In addition to the dinner, each $100 ticket will take home a bottle of Big Chef Barleywine and a branded Big Chef glass.
Course One: Scotch Egg (Soft boiled egg, wrapped in sausage, breaded and deep fried, served over a bed of Arugula salad)
Paired with Restoration Table Beer
Course Two: Chicken Tikka Masala (Chunks of Chicken Breast, marinated and cooked in traditional tomato sauce. Served over saffron Basmati rice with cilantro)
Paired with Blue Box Best Bitter
Course Three: Belly & Mash (Slow roasted crispy pork belly, served with mashed potatoes and gravy)
Paired with Pointer Brown Ale
Course Four: Sticky Toffee Pudding (Warm cake with dates, drizzled with toffee sauce)
Paired with Bobby Hat Milk Stout
Course Five: Chef’s Cheese Plate (Chef’s selection of cheeses, dried fruits, and nuts)
