Join us for our first ever dsm Magazine Dinner Party! We have partnered with Bubba Southern Comforts and Iowa Pork to bring you a fabulous meal and virtual interactive event. See the magic behind the meal as Chef Rob Urzal takes us on a culinary journey through the south with his mouthwatering creations.
Since we can’t be in person, we’ll be bringing the party to you! At meal pickup, you will also snag a copy of our latest issue of dsm Magazine. You won’t want to miss this exclusive event. Tickets and meals are limited, so reserve today!
Featured meal, $42 per person/$84 for two.
First Course: BUBBA FALL SALAD with mixed greens, apples, candied pecans, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, feta and bourbon-balsamic vinaigrette.
Entrée: GRILLED PORK CHOP with apple-sage butter, buttermilk-garlic mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables.
Alternate Entrée (Vegan/Vegetarian): SUCCOTASH-STUFFED CHILE RELLENO with chile stuffed with lima beans, onion, corn, tomato, garlic, herbs, zucchini, squash and bell pepper over rice and beans with fire-roasted tomato puree and green onion aioli.
Dessert: BOURBON BREAD PUDDING with caramel sauce.
Add a bottle of wine or specialty cocktail to your meal.

-Leather & Tobacco: Pecan infused bourbon, Averna amaro, house-made tobacco-vanilla bitters.
